Balloons Balloons are delicate products that are affected by their environment. Proper handling and placement will help maintain their appearance and longevity. 3. Water Weight Caution Many of our balloon bouquets include a water weight to help keep the arrangement secure and prevent balloons from floating away. Please handle the base of your arrangement carefully and avoid puncturing or damaging the water weight. If the water weight is damaged, dispose of it safely. 4. Temperature & Weather Sensitivity Balloons naturally react to temperature changes. To help protect your balloons: * Keep them away from direct sunlight. * Avoid placing them near heaters, fireplaces, air conditioning vents, or extreme temperature changes. * Avoid leaving balloons outdoors unless they were specifically designed for outdoor use. Heat may cause balloons to expand or burst, while cold temperatures may cause balloons to shrink. 5.Safety Balloons are decorative items and are not toys. For safety: * Keep balloons away from young children and pets. * Adult supervision is required. * Discard broken or deflated balloons immediately. Some decorative elements, such as wooden accents, butterflies, stickers, or other small embellishments, may present a choking hazard and should be handled with care. 6. Flowers Our floral arrangements are prepared with care and arrive properly hydrated. To help extend the beauty of your flowers: * Keep arrangements in a cool location. * Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. * Add fresh water as needed. * Use the included flower food according to the instructions provided. Environmental conditions may affect the lifespan of fresh flowers. 7. Fruit & Specialty Gift Baskets Our specialty gift baskets may include fresh fruits, cheese, chocolates, or other perishable items. To maintain freshness: * Refrigerate perishable items as soon as possible after delivery. * Follow any storage instructions provided with your gift. * Enjoy refrigerated items within the recommended timeframe. We transport perishable gift items with care to help maintain freshness until delivery. 8. Candy, Chocolate & Baked Goods Candy, chocolate, cupcakes, and other food gifts should be stored according to the care instructions provided.
