Yes, we do offer same day delivery for some of our products. However, this will depend on factors such as the time you place your order, our availability, and the complexity of your item. Our cutoff time for same-day delivery is 11:30 AM PST.

If you place your order before 11:30 AM PST and our delivery calendar shows the same day open, then you can rest assured that if you order same day delivery, your order will be delivered the same day in the shift that our calendar displays open. However, please note that some of our balloon bouquets and specially crafted balloon decorations require more time to prepare, and our delivery calendar will limit your options to the minimum time we need to elaborate and prepare your order.

We ask for a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for any balloon decor orders. Since
we work on a first come first served basis, we highly recommend that you place
your order 2-3 months in advance. This will give you a better chance to secure
your desired date and ensure that we have sufficient time to prepare and
deliver your order to your complete satisfaction.

Whether you're seeking decor or rentals, our team handles all the setup and takedown for you. No. Loose helium-filled balloons from Salem Balloons & Flowers are not to be released outdoors.

These balloons are sold strictly as indoor ceiling décor. Balloon releases can harm wildlife, contribute to pollution, and may violate local environmental regulations.

We inform every client of this policy at the time of purchase, but once the balloons have been delivered or picked up, the client is responsible for using them safely and as intended. Salem Balloons & Flowers cannot monitor the balloons after they leave our shop and is not liable for any misuse.
