DELIVERY POLICY FOR OUR BALLOON DECOR SERVICES
- DELIVERY ZONE: Salem, Oregon, and nearby cities. (18 miles radius from downtown Salem, Oregon) Further delivery zones are available upon availability. (Fees apply)
- Delivery days: Monday-Saturday (Upon availability)
- Hours: At request. (Upon availability)

For Balloon decorations customer must provide:
- Customer’s full name
- Customer’s email address
- Customer’s phone number
- Specific Venue instructions, rules, and guidelines for the décor installation
- Full venue address
- Event date (exact day of the event)
- Event time (exact time that the event starts at)

Set-up time (Decorator arrival time. Certain decorations require more than one hour of setup time. We will always disclaim our required setup time. But if not given to us, we cannot warranty that your decoration will be finished on time. Is our responsibility to be at the venue on time, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to let us in the venue on time. We cannot be responsible for delays due to not having proper access to the venue.) These rules apply even if the venue is at the client's home.
- For all balloon event decorations, please be aware that all orders must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your decoration date.
- Decoration delivery days and hours: Upon availability
- Orders placed on Weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Buyer must agree with SBF terms & conditions.
- For any updates on our delivery time or any other communications you must provide us with an email and a phone number. With this, you agree to receive notifications via text or email.
- To be 100% dedicated to your event we will blackout your event date slot. If your event date changes after we’ve blacked it out, the new date will be subject to our availability.

Delivery days: Monday-Friday
-Delivery hours: We offer morning shift (9 AM - 12:00 PM) or afternoon shift (1:00-5:00 PM). We do not guarantee deliveries for specific times.
-Big Balloon bouquets: Please allow 48 hours processing time.
-Small Balloon Bouquets: Same-day delivery is available when you place your order before our cutoff time.
-Flower arrangements: Same-day delivery is available when you place your order before our cut-off time.
-Cut-off time 11:30 AM PST
-Orders placed on Weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery fees:

- A $10 flat delivery fee applies to orders under $59
- We offer free delivery with a $59 minimum purchase within a 18 miles radius of downtown Salem OR.
- $10 flat fee for deliveries past 18 miles radius of Salem OR. City Center
Up to 25 miles max. - $35 flat fee for any delivery past 25 miles and up to 30 miles from Salem OR city center.
- $50 flat fee for any delivery past 50 miles and up to 70 miles from Salem OR city center.
- For decoration services outside our delivery zone please request a personalized quote.
- When given the wrong address we waste valuable time, and an extra fee of $10.00 will be charged.

In the event of unfavorable weather, some delays are expected. Salem Balloons and Flowers cannot be responsible for these delays or guarantee when the service will be restored.

For Flowers and balloon bouquets:
- Sender name, email, and phone number
- Recipient name, phone number, and email.
- Delivery: address, date, and shift
- Occasion (Birthday, anniversary, valentine's day, etc.)
- Card message.
- ANONYMOUS DELIVERY: We are unable to provide an anonymous delivery service. If the sender’s name is requested by the recipient, we will reveal the sender's name.
- DELIVERY TO A BUSINESS: The items will be left at the business location even if the recipient is not available.
- DELIVERY TO A RESIDENCE: Items must be received in person. We will contact the recipient before delivery. In case we can't contact the recipient, or no one can accept the item the dispatcher will return the item to our shop after his or her route is finished, and a new arrival date and time will be required.

DELIVERY TO A HOSPITAL & NURSERY HOMES: Customer is responsible of contacting the hospital before placing an order to ensure that the selected items are permitted in the hospital and also in the patient's room.
- DELIVERY TO A HOTEL: Items will be left in the care of the front desk or concierge. We're not allowed to enter hotel rooms. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the hotel completes the delivery.

DELIVERY TO A SCHOOL: Customer is responsible of contacting the school prior to delivery to ensure the school allows deliveries. If the school does, then the items will be left at the main office and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the school office contacts the recipient to pick up the item (s)
- You must provide SBF with the exact delivery address including house, apartment, or office number, neighborhood, city, and zip code.
- We receive online orders 24/7 but always consider our delivery days and shifts.
- Delivery days and shifts: We do not have a fixed delivery time. Our delivery schedule works by shift.
- You can choose from our morning shift or evening shifts
- SBF does not guarantee deliveries for specific times.
- For Flower arrangements please allow 24 hours of processing time.
- For Balloon bouquets please allow 48 hours of processing time.
- Delivery days: Monday-Friday
- Our delivery cut-off time is at noon (11:30 AM. PST)
- Orders placed on Weekends will be processed on the next business day.

- For flowers and balloon bouquet services we only deliver in Salem and Keizer, OR, and some nearby cities.

Our heart desires are to give our clients the best service and experience that we possibly can. Postponing your original delivery date might interfere with other clients’ deliveries, therefore the new date you request will depend on availability.
- The balloons’ life expectancy will count from de original delivery date.
- Events such as inclement weather conditions can impact our free delivery service. SBF is not responsible for any delivery delay caused due to bad weather.
- We use "No contact" delivery procedures. All deliveries will be left at the door. We are not allowed to enter your home or office.

Some deliveries may be affected by COVID-19 restrictions such as:
- Hospitals
- Nursing homes
- office buildings
- Due to the continued challenges of COVID-19 some shipments from vendors continue to experience shipping delays nationwide, therefore we may be experiencing delays in receiving shipments of certain products and we may need to make some substitutions, but we will make sure your recipient will always receive a beautiful gift of the same or greater value as what you selected.
- When you order our Designer's choice arrangements, we are less likely to have delays.
- If you decide to transport your balloon bouquet or decoration yourself, our responsibility concludes upon its safe delivery to the specified location. Once the bouquet or decor is in your possession, any handling during transportation is beyond our control and we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the products during transit.
