If the water weight does get punctured, make sure to dispose of it safely. 2. Weather sensitivity: Balloons are sensitive to extreme temperatures and weather conditions. Please keep your balloons away from air conditioning units, and heaters, and avoid exposing your balloons to direct sunlight as the sudden temperature changes can cause the balloons to fade or become brittle or worst-case scenario burst. 3. Not a toy: Although balloons can be a fun addition to any celebration, please keep in mind that they are not toys and should not be played with. Keep them away from children and pets, as they can be a choking hazard if swallowed. Adult supervision is always required. 4. Decoration details: Some decor details such a wooden bugs, butterflies, stickers, etc. are small and can be a choking hazard; adult supervision is always required. However, depending on temperature and weather conditions your flowers can quickly get thirsty, in which case we have added a flower food pouch that you can mix with water to rehydrate them when needed. By following these simple steps, you can keep your flowers fresher and enjoy their beauty for longer. FRUIT BASKETS. Our fruit baskets come with fresh fruits, and in some cases with cheese and other perishable items. We transport all our fruit baskets in a cooler to keep them fresh when you receive them. And we recommend refrigerating all the goodies in your basket as soon as you receive them to ensure the freshness of all your treats. Enjoy!

After Installation Once your décor is installed or delivered, it becomes part of your event environment and is under your care. Set-N-Go Selections (If Applicable) These pieces are designed for ease and flexibility. As they do not include post-event removal, your installation remains under your care after delivery and setup. 6. Styled Rentals Your installation may include curated pieces such as marquee letters, specialty props, carts, or other rental items. These items remain the property of Salem Balloons & Flowers and are reserved exclusively for your event date. Rental pieces are provided for display purposes only and must not be moved, modified, climbed on, or used in any way other than their intended purpose. The host is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or misuse that may occur during the rental period. 7. Balloon Care Balloons are sensitive to their environment and naturally react to temperature changes. For best results, we recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and air vents. Balloon longevity may vary depending on environmental conditions. 8. Gender Reveal Experience (If Applicable) Your reveal moment has been designed to feel both meaningful and visually striking. * Powder effects are outdoor-only experiences. * Powder may lightly stain clothing; we recommend dressing accordingly. * Guests should enjoy the moment from a safe viewing distance. * Children must be supervised at all times. * A safety zone may be outlined; guest supervision remains the responsibility of the host. * Cleanup of confetti or powder residue is not included. 9. Safety Considerations * Balloon releases are not permitted in Oregon. * Balloons are not toys and should be kept away from small children without supervision. * Helium should never be inhaled.
