This is a professionally installed balloon décor service, not a pickup or Set-N-Go product.

Our team delivers the materials, constructs and installs the arch onsite, and positions the installation according to the approved design and event environment.

For outdoor installations, we use appropriate professional support systems and installation methods based on the location and anticipated conditions.

Outdoor Installations

Outdoor balloon décor requires different considerations than an indoor installation. We use professional-grade balloons selected to provide the best possible performance for the environment and take appropriate measures to create a stable installation.

However, balloons are naturally sensitive to heat, direct sunlight, wind, precipitation, and other environmental conditions. Outdoor balloons may gradually develop a matte or velvety appearance as they oxidize.

For clients who prefer a glossy appearance, a professional balloon shine treatment may be added to eligible installations.

Our larger statement installations can accommodate substantial storefront entrances, event spaces, stages, and other architectural features. Final dimensions and balloon coverage are determined according to the selected design and location.

Once the details of your installation have been determined, we will prepare a personalized booking link reflecting your selected design and event information. Your date is secured once your order has been completed through that link.

Availability can change while a proposal is under consideration, particularly during weekends and peak event seasons.

Please handle the base of your arrangement carefully and avoid puncturing or damaging the water weight. If the water weight is damaged, dispose of it safely. 4. Temperature & Weather Sensitivity Balloons naturally react to temperature changes. To help protect your balloons: * Keep them away from direct sunlight. * Avoid placing them near heaters, fireplaces, air conditioning vents, or extreme temperature changes. * Avoid leaving balloons outdoors unless they were specifically designed for outdoor use. Heat may cause balloons to expand or burst, while cold temperatures may cause balloons to shrink. 5.Safety Balloons are decorative items and are not toys. For safety: * Keep balloons away from young children and pets. * Adult supervision is required. * Discard broken or deflated balloons immediately. Some decorative elements, such as wooden accents, butterflies, stickers, or other small embellishments, may present a choking hazard and should be handled with care. 6. Flowers Our floral arrangements are prepared with care and arrive properly hydrated. To help extend the beauty of your flowers: * Keep arrangements in a cool location. * Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. * Add fresh water as needed. * Use the included flower food according to the instructions provided. Environmental conditions may affect the lifespan of fresh flowers. 7. Fruit & Specialty Gift Baskets Our specialty gift baskets may include fresh fruits, cheese, chocolates, or other perishable items.
