All production, sourcing, and scheduling begins once your booking is confirmed. Arrival & Access Our team will arrive on time and ready to install your design. To deliver your experience as planned, please ensure the space is accessible at the scheduled time. After Installation Once your décor is installed or delivered, it becomes part of your event environment and is under your care. We are unable to assume responsibility for handling, movement, or changes after installation. Set-N-Go Selections (If Applicable) These pieces are designed for ease and flexibility. As they do not include post-event removal, they are yours to enjoy throughout your celebration. Styled Rentals Your installation may include curated pieces such as marquee letters or specialty props. These are designed strictly for display to maintain their quality and finish. The host is responsible for any damage that may occur during the event. Balloon Care Balloons are sensitive to their environment and naturally react to temperature changes. For best results, we recommend keeping them away from direct sun, extreme temperatures, and air vents. Their lifespan may vary depending on conditions. Gender Reveal Experience (If Applicable) Your reveal moment has been designed to feel both meaningful and visually striking. Powder effects are outdoor-only experiences Powder may lightly stain clothing — we recommend dressing accordingly Guests should enjoy the moment from a safe viewing distance Children must be supervised at all times A safety zone will be outlined; guest supervision remains the responsibility of the host Cleanup of confetti or powder residue is not included Safety Considerations Balloon releases are not permitted in Oregon Balloons are not toys and should be kept away from small children without supervision Helium should never be inhaled By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to our full Terms & Safety Policy. Balloon releases are prohibited in Oregon and may also violate local regulations. Children & Supervision: Balloons can pose a choking hazard. Children under 8 should be supervised at all times.
