If your event is outdoors, we recommend our full-service balloon columns, which feature commercial-grade weighted bases specifically designed for exterior installations.

Our Balloon Decor service is available in the following Oregon cities: Salem, Portland, Eugene, Neskowin, Dallas, Independence, Amity, Sublimity, Corvallis, McMinnville, Beaverton, Tigard, Wilsonville, Lake Oswego, and other nearby cities.
Please note that we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking at least two weeks before your event date to ensure your date is available and reserved.
Please note that some balloons and materials may differ from those pictured due to availability, but you’ll always get the same or greater value.

To ensure everything flows seamlessly, we invite you to review a few important details: 1. Your Reservation Your event date has been specially reserved and prepared for you. Once your booking is confirmed, production planning, sourcing, scheduling, and inventory allocation may begin. Because our décor services are custom-prepared and event-specific, cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled according to our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. 2. Cancellation & Date Changes Event dates are reserved exclusively for your celebration. Rescheduling requests are subject to Salem Balloons & Flowers’ availability and may require adjustments if materials, specialty items, seasonal elements, or perishable products need to be repurchased. For complete details, please review our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy located in the footer of our website. 3. Arrival & Access Our team will arrive on time and ready to install your design. To deliver your experience as planned, please ensure the installation space is accessible at the scheduled time. Delays caused by unavailable access, undisclosed venue restrictions, or circumstances outside of Salem Balloons & Flowers’ control may affect the installation timeline. 4. After Installation Once your décor is installed or delivered, it becomes part of your event environment and is under your care. We are unable to assume responsibility for handling, movement, modifications, relocation, or changes after installation unless performed or approved by Salem Balloons & Flowers. 5. Set-N-Go Selections (If Applicable) These pieces are designed for ease and flexibility. As they do not include post-event removal, your installation remains under your care after delivery and setup. 6. Styled Rentals Your installation may include curated pieces such as marquee letters, specialty props, carts, or other rental items. These items remain the property of Salem Balloons & Flowers and are reserved exclusively for your event date. Rental pieces are provided for display purposes only and must not be moved, modified, climbed on, or used in any way other than their intended purpose. The host is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or misuse that may occur during the rental period. 7. Balloon Care Balloons are sensitive to their environment and naturally react to temperature changes. For best results, we recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and air vents. Balloon longevity may vary depending on environmental conditions. 8. Gender Reveal Experience (If Applicable) Your reveal moment has been designed to feel both meaningful and visually striking. * Powder effects are outdoor-only experiences. * Powder may lightly stain clothing; we recommend dressing accordingly. * Guests should enjoy the moment from a safe viewing distance. * Children must be supervised at all times. * A safety zone may be outlined; guest supervision remains the responsibility of the host. * Cleanup of confetti or powder residue is not included. 9. Safety Considerations * Balloon releases are not permitted in Oregon. * Balloons are not toys and should be kept away from small children without supervision. * Helium should never be inhaled. Salem Balloons & Flowers, LLC For the safety of our customers and the environment, please review the following guidelines: No Outdoor Releases (Oregon Law): Helium-filled balloons must not be released outdoors. Balloon releases are prohibited in Oregon and may also violate local regulations. Children & Supervision: Balloons can pose a choking hazard. Children under 8 should be supervised at all times. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and discard broken balloons immediately. Helium Safety: Never inhale helium. Doing so can cause serious injury or death. Customer Responsibility: Once balloons are delivered or picked up, they are under your care and responsibility.
