SET-N-GO BALLOON DECOR

We understand that you already have so many things on your plate planning and preparing for your event, so we strive to make the shopping process as simple and smooth as possible for all our customers. This industry is very secretive, especially about pricing, but we believe that this makes the shopping process cumbersome for our customers. We believe in being upfront with our prices, therefore simplifying the shopping process for our customers. There are no secrets or hidden extra charges. Therefore balloon decorations like the traditional balloon columns, standard garlands, small arches, etc. when these balloon decorations do not require special rental structures. We set them up and go. We do not take them down and you keep them for as long as you want. We call these decorations: Set-up-N-Go Balloon Décor and you will notice that you can order them straight from our website and that they are easily customizable to some degree, right there on the product’s page. When selecting your delivery date, please note that the calendar will restrict how soon you can choose your preferred delivery date. This is because we require a minimum amount of time to handcraft these balloon decorations.  Before you checkout you’ll need to agree to our policies. So before you check the "I agree" box, we recommend that you read our policies, such as our terms of service and delivery, to ensure that we both have a clear understanding of our services. So, basically you can start and finish your order right from the product's page and if we have any questions about your order, we will contact you to ensure that all details are polished and ready to go. CUSTOM BALLOON DECOR

On the other hand, we have those unique designs that require individual specifications such as a specific installation, they include rentals, special sizes, specialty colors, specific themes, etc. In other words, they are custom designs. Due to their unique nature, these Balloon decorations have so many variants that make it impossible for us to assign them a price tag. We call them: Custom Balloon Décor.
For our Specialty Balloon Décor, we offer a variety of themes selection that you can click and fill out our "Request a Quote for this Product" form, there, you’ll need to answer some key questions about your balloon décor and your event. If you do not find what you are looking for from our Themes selection, you can always fill out our "Request a Quote" form, (which can be found in our main menu) then starting from any of these 2 forms together we will follow these simple steps:

Request a Quote

After your "Request a Quote" submission, we will receive it and if we have some further questions we will contact you to make sure we have all the necessary information to prepare an accurate quote for you.

We get back to you

We will send your quote by email.

Once we have all the necessary information we will prepare a custom quote with details of the process and prices and send it to you by email.

You let us know by email that you agree to our quote.

When you place your order and before you checkout you’ll need to agree to our policies. We will be there!

Once you've placed your order you can relax and on your delivery date, we will be there on time to decorate and bring your vision to life.

Just as a kind reminder:

I always do all I can to accommodate last-minute orders, but even when I’d love to help all my last-minute clients, the truth is that my schedule is limited, and to ensure I have all the necessary supplies to create the beautiful décor you deserve I must work on a first come first served basis and require a minimum notice of 2-weeks. My delivery slots tend to fill up quickly and it can be challenging to find open slots if your delivery date is too close. I recommend placing your order early since this will increase your chances of finding an open delivery slot that fits your schedule. I appreciate your understanding of my process and thank you in advance.
